PLANO, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--
J. C. Penney Company, Inc. (NYSE:JCP) announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend on the Company's common stock of $0.20 per share. The dividend is payable Nov. 1, 2007, to Company stockholders of record at the close of business on Oct. 10, 2007.
