(NYSE: JCP) announced today that it is proposing to refinance and extend the maturity date of its $2.25 billion senior secured term loan facility, which is currently set to mature in May 2018. The Company expects to complete the transaction in June.
The Company also announced that its recent business performance has delivered positive comparable store sales quarter to date through Memorial Day.
